Learning objectives

  • Become familiar with the Resilience Framework and consider your own resilience in relation to the Framework.
  • Take away some ideas about how to make resilient moves for yourself and in your work place.
  • Understand the definition of resilience that the Resilience Revolution works with.
  • Become familiar with recognising worry and things we can and cant control.
  • Take away some mindfulness techniques and how you can apply the principles of mindfulness to your work.
