Aims

The aim of this course is to introduce practitioners to the term ‘County lines’ and to raise awareness of the impact of ‘Child Criminal exploitation’.

Objectives

By the end of the session the course participants will have been informed how:

  • To identify what is Child Criminal Exploitation and gain an understanding of what is ‘County Lines’.
  • To look at Street-safe, Street-Strong ways of working to engage with young people around gangs and knife crime.
  • To recognise who is at risk and consider levels of vulnerability.
