Aims
The aim of this session is to provide participants with an overview of the Blackpool Families Rock request for support hub, introducing it's function, agencies which sit within this hub and what their roles and responsibilities are. Within this session we will be sharing details of the new online referral form, exploring what makes a 'good' referral, what the referral would entail, and what happens thereafter.
Objectives
By the end of the session the course participants will have been informed how:
- To explain which agencies do and do not sit in the Request for Support Hub and their responsibilities.
- To complete a referral to The Request for Support Hub on the new online referral form which allows Children’s Services to respond as quickly as possible to the identified issues.
- To describe what happens when a referral is received and what possible outcome there may be to a referral.
- To use both the Advice Line and Duty Line.
Please make a note of the course title, code and date - these are needed for the application form.
