Aims
The aim of this course is to raise awareness of the effects of New Psychoactive Substances and other trending drugs and increase knowledge of services available to Young People and Adults within Blackpool.
Objectives
By the end of the session the course participants will have been informed how:
- To understand the background of New Psychoactive Substances
- To be aware of other drugs which are prominent in the use of young people and adults
- To identify signs and symptoms of regular use
- To be aware of Legislation for New Psychoactive Substances
- To recognise the referral pathways and support available
