Whistle Blowing

Whistle blowing is the term used when someone who works in / for an organisation wishes to raise concerns about malpractice within that organisation.

If a professional has concerns

If any employee, volunteer or others have genuine concerns about any aspect of their agency or organisation's work, they should be encouraged to come forward and speak out under the auspices of a Whistle Blowing Policy.
