Aims

The aim of this course is to give practitioners an insight into the Serious Case Review process, based on local and Pan-Lancashire reviews and learning from those.

Objectives

By the end of the session the course participants will have been informed how:

  • A Serious Case Review is completed.
  • The role of the Safeguarding Board works within this process.
  • Lessons learnt from local and Pan Lancashire SCR’s are embedded into practice.
