‘Blackpool Safeguarding’ will provide information on what to do if you are worried about an adult or a child in Blackpool as well as accessing information on the Safeguarding Boards and their role within the town.
Training for Professionals is also featured with guidance on how to access training and a catalogue of training that the Boards provide.
David Sanders, Independent Chair for the Blackpool Adults and Children’s Safeguarding Boards said, “we welcome this new website facility to support the work of both of the Safeguarding Boards in Blackpool, this one stop shop should provide valuable information to both professionals and the public in relation to Safeguarding and the role of the Boards”.
